Dozens of 1075 KZL AML listeners showed up at Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem on Friday, February 12th for a marathon kissing contest. After 11 ½ hours, Danel and Kali from Ridgemont Virginia won $5,000!

Breaking and Entering Christmas 2009
Murphy in the Morning with help from the Union Cross Firefighters and MANY others helped make Christmas very special for one family who had fallen on hard times. The Greene family was pleasantly surprised when they arrived at their house and over 200people were singing "We Wish you a Merry Christmas". Breaking and Entering truly shows the spirit of giving and Christmas.

Orianthi was supposed to tour with Michael Jackson as his guitarist in the upcoming "This Is It" tour. She is featured in the "This is It" movie, has played for Carrie Underwood and has a new single out called "According to You".

Festivale Italiano
Thanks to everyone who came out to the first ever Italian Festival in downtown Greensboro. This was the first time people were allowed to drink beer in the street! We look forward to next year!

Dog O Ween - October 30th
1075 KZL hosted their 15th annual Dog O Ween contest at Pet Supplies Plus in Winston-Salem. Dogs and their owners had a chance to dress up to try and win the grand prize of $1,000! We would like to thank everyone who came out and everyone whohelped to make this a huge success!

Greesboro City Swim Meet Goes Green
 This year 1075 KZL and Aquafina teamed up to help raise awareness about recycling. With the help of Green Day Waste and Recycling and the American Red Cross, it was a huge success. The swim meet was held at Lindley Pool Complex, July 9th thru July 11th. We want to thank everyone who was involved to make the swim meet green.
