Filled with big cities, little towns, 3 puppies, and a lot of learning
Our first date was supposed to be a picnic near waterfalls at a state park about 30 miles away. At this point in time, GPS devices were not extremely common and I figured I could get us there by memory. I had packed a nice lunch and we set on our way. After driving around for about 2 hours we ended up back in Kernersville and headed to the local lake. At this point we were starving and I really needed a drink to calm my nerves. Guess who forgot the bottle opener?! We found a lighter and Matthew, wanting to save the day, tried everything he could to open those bottles (and he insisted he knew how to open a bottle with a lighter).
