This was the first weigh in before I started working with William. I weighted 197.5 pounds, and as you will see the measurments were not kind to me.
This was right after my first week working out with William. I went from 24.5% body fat, to 22.5%, and dropped
to 193 pounds.
Here is my latest picture for the end of week 3. Sorry there was no picture for week 2. It was poorly lit and you couldn\'t see much.
Once again, another great drop in weight and bodyfat. Will does a great job of keeping me motivated to
do the best that I possibly can. Despite the pasty sheen of my skin. I feel pretty good here. As of right now,
I have already reached my goal. Now we are just going to see how far we can take it.
This was at the end of week 12. I weigh 169.8 pounds and I am about 12% body fat. Stay tuned for the next
